We store user data in AWS, which is “architected to be the most flexible and secure cloud computing environment available.” All user data is encrypted at rest and in transit using AWS’ data encryption and storage security protocols.
Limit Access to PHI Data
The development processes are designed so that we have segregated our testing environments from our production environments, which is a standard process for data security and vulnerability. Only a limited amount of our employees have access to PHI.
Websites Tested and Kept Secure
Penetration and vulnerability testing is performed on our websites to ensure malicious actors can’t get in and access any information, which is another standard in security.
Fully Prepared for Compliance Audits
We are utilizing Vanta software, a best in class, 3rd party application to help organize all of our security data and automate compliance
Never Share PHI Data
We never share PHI data with any unnecessary 3rd parties and when providing input for any research, analytics and trends, the PHI data is always deidentified and aggregated.
