FAQs

What is your plan to notify a patient if a safety event/recall takes place with the vaccine?

Unfortunately, this has already happened with the COVID19 Vaccine (recent J&J usage pause) – and with TrackMy Vaccines we were able to put patients at ease, send them localized communication (if they had received the J&J vaccine) and alert them to the recent CDC news.

For Hospitals and Employers – how do you ensure your staff receives their annual vaccinations in a timely fashion?

This is a challenge as it relates to employee health and individuals coming and going from your locations – with TrackMy Vaccines Vaccine alerting reminder system – we send reminders to enrolled staff and help them ensure they routinely get the vaccinations to do their jobs.

How are you answering the question and scenario when someone comes back to your clinic site and says they lost their paper-CDC card?

Rest assured – all you have to do with TrackMy Vaccines is instruct the user to login to their account and click “My Vaccines” to view their eVaccine card.

Are you manually adding data post-vaccination per patient in the state registry?

We feel your pain, the good news is – TrackMy Vaccines is connected to several state-registries already, and we will connect to yours to automatically submit vaccine administration data to the state-registry for you.

How are you handling state-level/federal criteria for vaccine scheduling eligibility?

Mass opening, targeted selection – no problem for us – we are here to help with your scheduling strategy and open our system up or lock it down to the current criteria needed.
