Testimonials

“I am a breast cancer survivor and had reconstruction with breast expanders then breast implants. There have been recent recalls on breast implants so I registered my implants with TrackMy. It gives me peace of mind knowing that I will be alerted instantly in the event of a recall.”

“Surprise! A little over a year ago I had to have a complete shoulder replacement. The injury was not related to cycling and my docs did a fantastic job. I’ve raced bikes all my life and will continue to do so. I’m pleased that TrackMy has my back in case anything comes up about my new hardware. I’ll be first to know.”

“I registered last year and thankful to know I will be kept informed. Before this, I had to do my own research to find out that the implant I had from 2007 was recalled. As a 75 year old woman, I now have two knee replacements, pacemaker, eye implants. All of which can be recalled. Surgeons retire or move and it shouldn’t be my job to locate them for information. I named who made my implant appears to have been bought by Allergan.

My surgeon left the area and after I tracked him down only to find he no longer has my records as only required to keep them for 5 years. Allergan never informed me of the recall. I contacted them as I realized from my online research that I probably had recalled implant. Thankfully, I had kept a so called device tracking card with a serial number on it. To this day, they have never sent me a letter confirming this other than my conversation on the phone that confirms it.”
