I can not find my device in the TrackMy Solutions database?
Please email all of the information you do have about your device to info@TrackMySolutions.us. A patient representative will attempt to locate the UDI of your device for you.
What is a UDI?
UDI is the abbreviation for Unique Device Identification. Medical device manufacturers are required to assign a unique, identifying, numeric bar code to all devices, including those that are not implanted in the body. It’s kind of like the vin number on your automobile that is used to alert you if there is a recall for your vehicle. TrackMy Solutions uses this system to give patients peace of mind by tracking and alerting them should their medical device be recalled from the market in the United States.
Is this service free?

How do I know my device is being tracked?
Once you register for an account with TrackMy Solutions, you can log in anytime to add or remove a device. We will then alert you by email or phone if your medical device is recalled. Soon patients will also be able to file an adverse event report from their accounts as well.
Can I track multiple devices?
Yes, you may add all of the devices you would like to receive recall alerts for. Upon registering, you will also have available to you an electronic device ID for each medical device.
