TrackMy® Solutions is a web application company centered initially around the healthcare industry using API platforms to create scalable applications. We are an industry-leading, Healthcare-IT company – able to pull off ambitious goals around Simplifying Health Data access with a guarantee to improve compliance processes. TrackMy offers several solutions to the market, including VeriVax – an industry-only true vaccine verification program and is committed to be an active-listening and learning company for our clients to constantly deliver valuable partnerships.

Founder and CEO

Jeremy Elias

Jeremy resides in Kansas City with his wife and two lovely daughters. Through Jeremy’s entrepreneur and visionary expertise, he has built the TrackMy platform to focus on the e2i2 of healthcare (Engage, Educate, Inform, Involve).

Jeremy resides in Kansas City with his wife and two lovely daughters. Through Jeremy’s entrepreneur and visionary expertise, he has built the TrackMy platform to focus on the e2i2 of healthcare (Engage, Educate, Inform, Involve). He has 10+ years of healthcare industry experience and a knowledge of technical application development items. In order to propel the business forward and make it a standard of care, he leverages his network of industry specific contacts and relationships with healthcare leaders.

The TrackMy story is personal for Jeremy, as his best friend’s Grandfather (a grandpa to all) is no longer with us due to a defective pacemaker. Through this experience, he started TrackMy Solutions and created TrackMy Implants – to track implantable medical devices for recalls – and be ahead of things, and position the patient themselves to manage their health and increase safety – along with, provide infrastructure for clinicians to meet patient expectations.

Caitlin Elias

Caitlin brings 15+ years of front line, clinical provider experience in working with patients. She is an expert in the Women’s Health and Maternity space and is also a Board Certified Lactation Consultant.

Caitlin co-founded TrackMy solutions and is active on the advisory board and helps set the strategy and vision of TrackMy.

Caitlin lives in Lenexa, KS with her husband, Jeremy and three children.

Chief Information Officer

Kyle Peterman

Kyle resides in Shawnee, KS with his wife and three children. Kyle manages the cloud technology stack for all the TrackMy Solutions products including the development platforms, data architecture and all IT personnel for new development and support.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in International Business from Baker University, a Master’s in Business Management from Rockhurst University and a Certification in Big Data and Business Intelligence from Rockhurst University. Kyle has worked in the software as a service (SaaS) arena for over 25 years in the Financial Services and Healthcare industries including 5 years focusing on BI and Analytics platforms. His responsibility is to focus on the technology solutions that bring our products to life and provide the double “e”, double “I” solutions for our patients and our customers.

Juan Corona

Juan is responsible for the day-to-day growth and new business sales of TrackMy. Over the last decade, Juan's career has been focused on strategic new business growth with various Healthcare IT (HCIT) organizations.

Over the last decade, Juan's career has been focused on strategic new business growth with various Healthcare IT (HCIT) organizations. Before joining TrackMy, Juan was at Cerner, Kyruus, and Cordea Consulting focusing on new business growth working directly with the C-suite leaders and key stakeholders at Health Systems and Fortune 500s across the United States. Juan has earned a Bachelor's Degree in Finance and Economics from Park Univerisity and is pursuing an MBA from Missouri State University.
CMO (Chief Medical Officer)

Aakash Shah

Dr. Shah resides in the Kansas City area, with his family. He is a board certified Orthopod Surgeon where he works closely with patients of all activity levels who need orthopedic care.

He has been elected by his peer physicians as a “Top Doc” in Orthopedic Surgery for the Kansas City area. Serving as Chairman of the Board of Trustees at KC Sports Medicine. Dr. Shah helps vet through the workflow impact side of TrackMy, and helps set the clinical strategy of the company.

Paul Link

Paul resides in Prairie Village, KS with his wife and three daughters. Paul has spent his entire 14-year career in the health care technology industry, developing a passion for process, integration, and client interaction.

Paul has spent his entire 14-year career in the health care technology industry, developing a passion for process, integration, and client interaction. His most recent role as Sr Director of PMO and Product Strategy involves growing the relationships with existing customers and setting a vision for the products to help TrackMy grow. His people first approach creates a strong foundation for future growth and a solid core team that is excited to engage with the customers. Before his time at TrackMy Solutions, Paul spent five years at Softek Illuminate and nine years at Cerner Corporation. There, he took on leadership roles in health care interoperability and client data migrations. Outside of work, Mr. Link loves spending time with his three daughters, coaching youth sports, golfing, and cheering on the local sports teams.

Walt comes to TrackMy after a 30-year career in Corporate Procurement and Contracts. A passionate leader with extensive experience with enterprise software, corporate subscriptions, international negotiation and mainframe applications and services, Walt has an intense focus on goals as well as ensuring best in class practices.

As the Employee Health Program Coordinator at TrackMy Solutions, Taylor leverages her background as an Employee Health Registered Nurse to drive impactful solutions for our clients. Taylor brings a wealth of experience from her time in Neonatal Intensive Care and Employee Health settings. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Sciences and Disorders and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, both earned from Louisiana State University.

As the Employee Health Program Coordinator at TrackMy Solutions, Taylor leverages her background as an Employee Health Registered Nurse to drive impactful solutions for our clients. Bradley is originally from Bowling Green, OH, where he studied Communication at Bowling Green State University. He now resides in Bayonne, NJ with his girlfriend and their two cats. Professionally, Bradley enjoys creating SQL reports and procedures, and occasionally working on Python programming.

Monae specializes in managing digital health programs, with recent success in developing and launching a systemwide telehealth solution for a major health system based out of the Rocky Mountain region.
