Jeremy resides in Kansas City with his wife and two lovely daughters. Through Jeremy’s entrepreneur and visionary expertise, he has built the TrackMy platform to focus on the e2i2 of healthcare (Engage, Educate, Inform, Involve). He has 10+ years of healthcare industry experience and a knowledge of technical application development items. In order to propel the business forward and make it a standard of care, he leverages his network of industry specific contacts and relationships with healthcare leaders.

The TrackMy story is personal for Jeremy, as his best friend’s Grandfather (a grandpa to all) is no longer with us due to a defective pacemaker. Through this experience, he started TrackMy Solutions and created TrackMy Implants – to track implantable medical devices for recalls – and be ahead of things, and position the patient themselves to manage their health and increase safety – along with, provide infrastructure for clinicians to meet patient expectations.

Caitlin brings 15+ years of front line, clinical provider experience in working with patients. She is an expert in the Women’s Health and Maternity space and is also a Board Certified Lactation Consultant.

Caitlin co-founded TrackMy solutions and is active on the advisory board and helps set the strategy and vision of TrackMy.

Caitlin lives in Lenexa, KS with her husband, Jeremy and three children.

Kyle resides in Shawnee, KS with his wife and three children. Kyle manages the cloud technology stack for all the TrackMy Solutions products including the development platforms, data architecture and all IT personnel for new development and support. He holds a bachelor’s degree in International Business from Baker University, a Master’s in Business Management from Rockhurst University and a Certification in Big Data and Business Intelligence from Rockhurst University. Kyle has worked in the software as a service (SaaS) arena for over 25 years in the Financial Services and Healthcare industries including 5 years focusing on BI and Analytics platforms. His responsibility is to focus on the technology solutions that bring our products to life and provide the double “e”, double “I” solutions for our patients and our customers.

Juan is responsible for the day-to-day growth and new business sales of TrackMy. Over the last decade, Juan's career has been focused on strategic new business growth with various Healthcare IT (HCIT) organizations. Before joining TrackMy, Juan was at Cerner, Kyruus, and Cordea Consulting focusing on new business growth working directly with the C-suite leaders and key stakeholders at Health Systems and Fortune 500s across the United States. Juan has earned a Bachelor's Degree in Finance and Economics from Park Univerisity and is pursuing an MBA from Missouri State University.

Dr. Shah resides in the Kansas City area, with his family. He is a board certified Orthopod Surgeon where he works closely with patients of all activity levels who need orthopedic care. He has been elected by his peer physicians as a “Top Doc” in Orthopedic Surgery for the Kansas City area. Serving as Chairman of the Board of Trustees at KC Sports Medicine. Dr. Shah helps vet through the workflow impact side of TrackMy, and helps set the clinical strategy of the company.

Alex brings to TrackMy Solutions 20+ years of experience in healthcare information technology and strategic client account management. Alex and his family reside in Leawood, Kansas.

Paul resides in Prairie Village, KS with his wife and three daughters. Paul has spent his entire 14-year career in the health care technology industry, developing a passion for process, integration, and client interaction. His most recent role as Sr Director of PMO and Product Strategy involves growing the relationships with existing customers and setting a vision for the products to help TrackMy grow. His people first approach creates a strong foundation for future growth and a solid core team that is excited to engage with the customers. Before his time at TrackMy Solutions, Paul spent five years at Softek Illuminate and nine years at Cerner Corporation. There, he took on leadership roles in health care interoperability and client data migrations. Outside of work, Mr. Link loves spending time with his three daughters, coaching youth sports, golfing, and cheering on the local sports teams.

Don Cummins lives in Durango, Colorado with his wife and two boys. Don brings over 15 years experience in software development, design and management to the TrackMy team, and is passionate about building meaningful solutions that bring value to the end users.

Walt comes to TrackMy after a 30-year career in Corporate Procurement and Contracts. A passionate leader with extensive experience with enterprise software, corporate subscriptions, international negotiation and mainframe applications and services, Walt has an intense focus on goals as well as ensuring best in class practices.
A Criminal Justice Major from Benedictine College in Atchison, KS, he earned his master’s degree in management from Baker University in Baldwin, KS. Walt enjoys golf, spending time with his grandkids, and is at home in Lenexa, KS with wife Cat and son Hank.

As the Employee Health Program Coordinator at TrackMy Solutions, Taylor leverages her background as an Employee Health Registered Nurse to drive impactful solutions for our clients. Taylor brings a wealth of experience from her time in Neonatal Intensive Care and Employee Health settings. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Sciences and Disorders and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, both earned from Louisiana State University.
In her role, Taylor collaborates closely with the Implementation Team to deliver tailored employee health strategies that enhance employee onboarding and compliance. Beyond her professional expertise, Taylor is a certified yoga instructor with a passion for fitness and travel, reflecting a holistic approach to health and wellness. Taylor resides in New Orleans, LA.

Elise works in all stages of product development at TrackMy and is passionate about building seamless user experience. Before joining TrackMy, Elise ran a women's health-focused chocolate business for five years. Elise lives in Boulder, Colorado.

Bradley is originally from Bowling Green, OH, where he studied Communication at Bowling Green State University. He now resides in Bayonne, NJ with his girlfriend and their two cats. Professionally, Bradley enjoys creating SQL reports and procedures, and occasionally working on Python programming. He is currently learning PHP website development and is eager to apply these skills in a business setting. Outside of work, Bradley is passionate about fitness and regularly goes to the gym. He also enjoys reading and is making an effort to learn chess, though he emphasizes that he's still in the "trying" phase.

Monae currently lives in Northern Colorado with her family. She brings more than a decade of experience in healthcare systems, technology, and operations. Monae specializes in managing digital health programs, with recent success in developing and launching a systemwide telehealth solution for a major health system based out of the Rocky Mountain region. She is dedicated to the mission and values of TrackMy and is passionate about the business growth and optimization as a Project Coordinator. She holds a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Health Sciences, focusing on research, design, and education. With this, she has nearly a decade of experience as a Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES®) and advocates for continued optimal and innovative health solutions.

Sadaf is a graduate of the University of Georgia, holding a BBA in Management Information Systems. Proud to call himself a Bulldog fan, he hails from Roswell, Georgia, but currently resides near the vibrant Battery district, home to the Braves stadium. Sadaf has developed strong skills in communication, teamwork, problem-solving, attention to detail, and technology literacy. In his free time, he enjoys hitting the golf course weekly with a 20 handicap, playing pickleball, and exploring new destinations. His latest adventure took him to the stunning Glacier National Park in Montana, fueling his passion for travel and discovery.

Maalik McBurrows is a graduate of the DigitalCrafts coding bootcamp and holds an AWS Cloud Practitioner certification. Hailing from Atlanta, GA, where he grew up and attended school, Maalik has developed expertise in cloud computing, Python, SQL, and other technical skills. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with friends, playing sports, and traveling.

Gia Garrett is a seasoned professional with a strong background in healthcare operations, specializing in client success coordination and HIPAA compliance. With extensive experience in supervisory roles, she has developed expertise in health IT solutions, particularly in optimizing end-user workflows and enhancing customer service. A certified HIPAA Compliance Officer and Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt, Gia brings a wealth of knowledge in regulatory compliance and process improvement. She is also a licensed Notary Public in both Kansas and Missouri, further showcasing her dedication to professional service and excellence.

Manny Corona is a dedicated Business Development Representative with an Associate of Arts degree and a passion for helping business growth. Based in Kansas City, Manny excels at identifying potential clients, initiating meaningful conversations, and setting up strategic meetings to drive growth for TrackMy. With expertise in lead generation, cold calling, and utilizing tools like Salesforce and HubSpot, Manny is skilled at building relationships that foster business success. Outside of work, he enjoys playing pickleball and tennis, staying active in his free time.

Subie lives in Honolulu, HI with her family. Prior to TrackMy she has a background in retail banking, and brings 10+ years of sales experience to the team. She enjoys traveling, going to the beach, and spending time with her big orange cat Prince.

Amanda Dykeman is a dedicated Support Analyst and Patient Advocate with a strong commitment to enhancing customer service experiences. With a passion for helping others, she brings her expertise to the forefront, ensuring that clients receive the support they need. As a mother of three boys, Amanda skillfully balances her professional responsibilities with her family life, embodying the qualities of compassion and resilience.

Isabella Cerv is a passionate social media manager, currently pursuing her degree in marketing and communication at Lindenwood University. She excels at crafting engaging digital content and thrives on connecting brands with their audiences through innovative social media strategies. In her free time, Isabella enjoys working out, reading, and writing. As a proud dog owner, her adventures with her pup often spark her creativity. Brayan Mancia Guardado is the Content Marketing Associate at TrackMy. A lifelong resident of Kansas City and a proud Rockhurst University alumnus, he has a strong passion for business and marketing. With years of experience across multiple B2B markets, Brayan has developed a deep appreciation for crafting compelling narratives that resonate with audiences through digital marketing channels and diverse marketing materials. Outside of work, he is an avid sports fan (#GoChiefs!) who enjoys spending quality time with family and friends. He’s also enthusiastic about trying new things and exploring all that the world has to offer.
