In honor of March being Women’s History Month, we wanted to celebrate the women who have chosen a career with TrackMy. Our small healthcare IT company currently has twelve strong women from diverse backgrounds spread across the US. The female representation includes patient advocates, developers, human resources, project managers, support analysts, and directors, managers, owners, and board level executives.
March 8th was International Women’s Day with a theme #BreakTheBias. TrackMy’s co-founder and owner, Caitlin Elias said, “On this International Women’s Day, I am inspired by the amazing team of women we have at TrackMy Solutions who shape our culture with their diverse backgrounds, insight and talent in healthcare and in tech.” We thought it would be a great opportunity to ask the women in our company to provide a quote.
